Ecosystem is continually developing programs and activities to benefit its employees. In particular, we work hard to welcome our new employees  through a special program designed to promote a seamless transition into our team.

Ecosystem's management regularly meets with employees during special lunch meetings ("Lunch with the President") to chat and brainstorm new ideas. We also recognize and reward employees nominated by their colleagues at an annual Excellence Gala.
