Each project is designed, implemented and optimized by an in-house multidisciplinary team of energy savings experts, design engineers, construction managers, incentive specialists, performance monitoring and verification professionals, and technical instructors. Integrated, Whole-Building Approach

Ecosystem studies building energy infrastructures as a whole, looking at all systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, etc.) to see how they interact and how they could generate, distribute and use energy at peak efficiency. This “deeper” approach generates significantly higher savings and value, and provides attractive opportunities to renew critical assets and improve occupant comfort.

Pushing Performance-Based Compensation Further

Ecosystem guarantees all project energy savings, costs and third-party subsidies. In addition, we are compensated based on the money we save, not spend, on a project.
